Our Promise

We want you to be thrilled with every order. Our team works hard up front—answering questions, guiding choices, and confirming details—so you feel confident before anything goes to production.

Proofs & Pre-Production

  • You’ll receive a free digital proof showing exactly how your artwork will appear.
  • If something looks off, tell us—we’ll revise until it’s right.
  • Production starts only after your written approval.

Samples

Want to touch and see it first? Qualified customers/addresses can request a free sample (up to $7 value) so you know what you’re getting before it arrives.

What You Can Return

  • Blank, unopened items in original, unused condition and packaging.
  • Return window: Ship back within 90 days of the original purchase date.
  • Carrier: Use UPS or FedEx with tracking.
Shipping for non-defective blank returns is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend insurance.

What Isn’t Returnable

Because most products are customized, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Any item printed/engraved/decorated with your design or text
  • Items that are opened, used, or not in original packaging
  • Clearance, final-sale, or personalized specials (as noted on product pages)

Defects, Misprints, or Shipping Damage (Claims Process)

If something shows up damaged, misprinted, or otherwise defective, we’ll make it right—fast.

1) Notify us promptly

  • Contact us within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue.
  • Claims reported after this window may not be eligible for return or remediation.

2) Provide evidence/sample

  • Email clear photos of the affected items so our team can review, or
  • Send a physical sample of the product; in some cases we may need to test the item in person to evaluate the claim.

3) Resolution

  • Once we confirm a defect, we’ll replace, credit, or refund the affected items.
  • If a return is required on a confirmed defect, we’ll issue a prepaid UPS label. There’s no charge to return defective goods when a defect is verified by our team.
Quality Note: Slight variations in color, size, and imprint placement can occur within industry tolerances and are not considered defects. If you’re unsure, reach out—we’ll evaluate right away.

How to Start a Return (Non-Defective, Blank Items Only)

  1. Request an RMA: Contact us with your order number, item(s), and reason for return.
  2. Pack Securely: Items must remain unopened in original packaging.
  3. Ship via UPS or FedEx within 90 days of purchase.
  4. Refund Timing: After inspection, refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping/rush fees are non-refundable.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • You may change or cancel an order before proof approval at no charge.
  • After approval, materials and production may have begun; changes or cancellations may not be possible.
